Frequently asked questions
All UK orders placed before 11.30am (GMT) Monday – Thursday we aim to ship the next working day, providing card security checks are complete, and stock availability is confirmed.
Orders placed on Friday we aim to ship on the following Monday. Orders placed after 11.30am will be shipped the following business day.
For EU and US deliveries take 3-5 days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please see our Delivery & Returns policy for further details.
At present, we deliver to USA (excluding Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Mexico), UK and EU (excluding Denmark, Norway and Sweden).

For your convenience, we provide a full delivery service via DPD and DHL. If you need an update on the delivery progress of your order or wish to change the delivery date, your email dispatch confirmation (which follows your order confirmation) will include a link to the delivery company's website and the tracking number for your items.

Unfortunately, for your security, we are unable to take payments any other way than via 3D secure on our website. The billing and delivery address can be different, but must remain in the same territory/country, that is within our deliverable regions. No, you can choose to checkout as a guest by selecting 'guest checkout'. However, it is easier to arrange return of goods if you have an account and keep track of your orders.

Due to the nature of our products and the handmade processes used to produce them, items may occasionally show as ‘out of stock’ or disappear from the site. You can contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com for further information on when these items will be next available.
We offer certain upholstery products in a standard fabric and colour. Some of these are kept in stock and are returnable and some are made-to-order. We also provide a selection of alternative fabrics and colours that are made to order, these are non-refundable. Production times for these items are usually 6-8 weeks from order confirmation.
