The company has offices in London, New York and Hong Kong, and launches new collections bi-annually at the Milan Furniture Fair and Maison in Paris. A restless innovator, Tom Dixon established Design Research Studio in 2007 as an innovations and design agency to sit alongside his product brand. Located at the heart of Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross the Studio now boast an extraordinary portfolio of global projects including reimagining the modern cruise experience for Virgin Voyages, reinventing the interior of The Pullman Hotel in Bercy and designing the Manzoni Hotel in Milan.

Design Research Studio (London, UK)


As Production Administrator you will be a key member of our multidisciplinary Design Research Studio- coordinating the production of extraordinary NEW narratives for our products and environments and lead on resource planning of Graphics and Content - and the associated budgets. You'll also support the Studio with diverse administrative tasks such as sending out communications around key events, coordination of social media channels, and support with the Studio’s financial and functional processes.

This is a full-time role based in London and reports into the Studio Coordinator.

Design Research Studio (London, UK)

Interior Designer

Reporting into one of our Associates, but working closely with the Studio MD and Head of Studio this role will help us to design the interiors of tomorrow by working on extraordinary design concepts, furthering the creative direction of the studio and aligning your vision with the vision of our clients. You will successfully deliver design projects by managing our team of designers and coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Through research the ideal candidate will discover, realise, and encourage new and innovative ideas within the studio.

This is a full time role based in London, and reports into the Associate Designer.

This role will help us to develop and deliver world class global flagship e-commerce website. You will need to be a goals-driven, commercially minded and strategic thinking individual, proficient in understanding our partner’s needs, opportunities and briefing and executing e-commerce campaigns, CRM and digital marketing executions.

The role will be highly important in testing and optimising any website updates, being able to clearly deliver briefs to our creative and technical teams to implement change quickly, whilst also confident in managing stakeholders across the business as well as being highly important in the re-platforming project that is kicking off in Q1 2022.

Responsible for the timely delivery of accurate data and evolve the KPI reporting to the business. As well as developing the available toolset to deliver accurate information this person will be critical in analysing data to identify trends or trouble shoot potential issues. While both being the owner of reporting, a key aspect of this role will be to educate users in the available BI Tools and foster a self-sufficient environment.

Tom Dixon USA is seeking a Customer Service Lead who will own the full customer service experience. The right candidate will come with a track record for stellar customer service and be responsible for developing and delivering the Tom Dixon customer experience, supporting our various sales teams (Wholesale, Contract, Ecom and Retail) through excellent customer service, product knowledge and timely order processing.

This is a full-time role, reporting to the Operations Manager and based in New York, with the potential for some remote working.
