Tom Dixon has a well-established global customer base which has achieved double digit growth over recent years, and is set to continue this trend over the next 5 years. The company has offices in London, New York and Hong Kong, and launches new collections bi-annually at the Milan Furniture Fair and Maison in Paris. Our extraordinary new head office is located at 1 Bagley Walk, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4PQ.

A restless innovator, Tom Dixon established Design Research Studio in 2007 as an innovations and design agency to sit alongside his product brand. Located at the heart of Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross the Studio now boast an extraordinary portfolio of global projects including reimagining the modern cruise experience for Virgin Voyages, reinventing the interior of The Pullman Hotel in Bercy and designing the Manzoni Hotel in Milan.

Customer Service Executive (FTC)

 We are looking for an ambitious Trade Service Executive to deliver unparalleled customer service to our Nordics wholesale, contract, and distributor customer segment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of customers for your specific geo-regions, maintain a close relationship with them as one of their key contacts, daily open order management and you will be responsible for the aftercare aspects of all your orders.

Head of Logistics

The Head of Logistics will lead the overall end to end stock logistics function, from supplier to end customer, ensuring the effective and efficient management of the company’s global supply chain operations. Working across key internal departments and geographies (product management, merchandising, sales & customer service, US & APAC based teams) to clearly understand their commercial strategies in order to translate this into efficient operational delivery. You will drive operational excellence and continuously improve the customer experience. Reporting to the CEO and as a key member of the leadership team, you will create a long-term strategy, that not only delivers performance improvement but also a significant reduction in logistics spend, with minimal impact to the environment.
