Product Warranty
Our Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer the following product warranty, valid from the date of delivery. To claim your extended warranty, you must register your purchase from a Tom Dixon shop or online via the Tom Dixon website. We aim to resolve all valid claims fairly and may, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Please note - The Tom Dixon Product Warranty is not transferable. If you sell, donate, or otherwise transfer ownership of your item to someone else, the warranty becomes void. Purchases made through third party retailers are not eligible for the Tom Dixon extended warranty.

Accessories - 1 year

Making a Claim
Should you need to make a claim under this guarantee, you will be required to provide proof of purchase (such as your original sales receipt or order confirmation). To begin a warranty claim please contact us.
Warranty Coverage
What is Covered?
Our guarantee covers manufacturing and structural defects that appear within the relevant warranty period.
What is not Covered?
This guarantee is a statement of our confidence in the quality of our product, but it does not cover issues arising as a result of:
Normal Wear and Tear - Including, but not limited to, changes in colour, fading, softening of fillings, or minor blemishes that naturally occur over time.
Perishable Components - Including LED rings and charging cables.
Misuse, Neglect, or Abuse - This includes damage arising from improper use, lack of care, or deliberate or accidental damage.
Improper Care or Maintenance - Where you have failed to properly maintain the item according to our guidance. For details of correct/appropriate care, please refer to our Care Instructions, which are listed under the specifications on every individual item page.
Alterations or Modifications- If the item has been modified, altered.
Environmental Damage - Where the structure has been subject to adverse moisture (including exposure to flooding or high humidity). Exposure to chemicals or corrosive fluids.
Specific Exclusions - Damage caused by an unsanitary condition (for example, damage or contamination caused by pets or pests). We reserve the right to refuse to collect and/or dispose of any unsanitary product.
