We offer reliable and efficient delivery services worldwide, ensuring your Tom Dixon pieces arrive safely and on time. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange, following our simple returns process.
Before ordering large items, we do recommend checking the provided measurements against any stairwells, hallways, corridors and door frames to ensure a smooth delivery. As soon as your Tom Dixon item is available after it has been made to order our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Complimentary on orders over $750
Low-emission delivery, order before 12pm for delivery within 3-5 working days.
Larger Lighting, Furniture & Upholstered Furniture
Specialist Delivery

Dispatched within 48 hours. Once dispatched, we will contact you to arrange delivery within 5-10 working days
Made to Order Furniture
Specialist Delivery

Made to order products will be carefully crafted and shipped and delivered within 18-20 weeks. We will contact you to arrange delivery.
Purchases made from our sample sale or outlet are not eligible for complimentary delivery.
Orders cannot be shipped to forwarding centers or Army post offices and will be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
Please note - items are ineligible for return if they are made-to-order, have been used, altered, accidentally damaged, or are missing their original labels and packaging. Tom Dixon reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria. You will be charged a 25 % restocking fee.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@tomdixon.net. Please include your order reference number and clear photographs and or videos of the issue so we can assist you promptly. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Return Postage Fees
You will be responsible for the cost and arranging the return of your items to the designated return location, please reach out for return authorisation instructions
