Make your own extraordinary objects in our fully functioning ceramics studio in Tom Dixon’s Factory. Book your free workshop.

Throw, extrude or slip cast your own ceramics and learn the process from clay to kiln.

The fully functioning ceramics Factory at Tom Dixon's London home, in the heart of King's Cross, will run from 18th July until 9th September.

Partnering with Central St Martin's BA Ceramics Design course, you'll work alongside one of the World's leading creative institutions.

MUD Factory

Make in London - we invite you to the Factory and make a selection of objects of your choice.

From plates to bowls, planters to serving platters you can choose the shape, type of clay and glaze to make your own unique ceramics.

The Ceramics Factory is free to take part, the only catch is that you will be required to make double of what you take home. For example, if you would like 2 plates, then you need to make 4 for the Factory - 2 for you and 2 for us.

Sessions are free to attend and booking is advised but not required. We operate on Wednesday to Sunday from 11-4 and stay open late on Thursday until 7pm.

Located within the Coal Office, 1 Bagley Walk, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4PQ.
