See one of our products cheaper somewhere else? We're committed to offering you the best value. We offer a price match on purchases made through our website if you find it cheaper via one of our trusted partners.

Whether you've already bought the item or are considering a purchase, here’s how we can help:

1. Before You Purchase: If you contact us before making your purchase, we'll be happy to help you place your order with the adjusted price.
2. After You Purchase: If you have already bought an item, we will process a partial refund if you contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

To request a price match, please contact our Customer Experience Team via the contact us page. Please provide proof of where you have found the lower price (a screenshot or photo is ideal) and, if applicable, your original order details.

Our team will check the following criteria to ensure your request qualifies:

1. The item must be sold by one of our trusted retail partners. We can confirm a retailers status during the price guarantee process.
2. The lower-price item must be identical, including the same make, size, colour, and specification.
3. It must be in stock and ready for delivery.
4. It must be sold directly by the retailer. It cannot be a 3rd party or marketplace seller on their website.
5. We will match lower prices from the last 14 days (for pre-purchase) or up to 14 days after your purchase (for post-purchase).
6. We'll also match our own prices if we've since dropped it ourselves up to 14 days after your purchase.

Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll review your request and aim to get back to you within 2 working days.

1. For Post-Purchase Refunds: If you qualify, we’ll arrange a refund to your original payment method. It can then take up to 5-10 working days for your bank to put the money in your account.
2. For Pre-Purchase Adjustments: We'll respond to your query within 2 working days. If you qualify, our team will advise you on how to proceed with the adjusted price.
