Before ordering large items, we do recommend checking the provided measurements against any stairwells, hallways, corridors and door frames to ensure a smooth delivery. As soon as your Tom Dixon item is available after it has been made to order our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Eco Delivery - Complimentary

Low-emission delivery, order before 12pm for delivery within 5-10 working days.

Express Delivery - £15.00

Order before 12pm for delivery within 2-3 working days.

Lighting, Furniture & Upholstered Furniture

Specialist Delivery - Complimentary

Dispatched within 48 hours. Once dispatched, we will contact you to arrange delivery within 5-10 working days.

Made to Order Furniture

Specialist Delivery - Complimentary

Made to order products will be carefully crafted and shipped and delivered within 8-12 weeks. We will contact you to arrange delivery.

Please note: Orders may also not be shipped to forwarding centers or Army post offices.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, under Distant Selling Regulations you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund (excluding postal charges). Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. If the item is damaged, please send an email to hello@tomdixon.net stating your order reference number and including photographs as evidence of the damage.
