Melt shades can be interchanged across all chandelier and table / floor fittings. Cone bases can be interchanged across all polycarbonate shades. The Melt family also includes pendants, surface lights, chandeliers and floor lights.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, under Distant Selling Regulations you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund (excluding postal charges). Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. If the item is damaged please send an email to customerservices@tomdixon.net stating your order reference number and including photographs as evidence of the damage.
