The Dock Kitchen

The restaurant

Dock Kitchen, the pop-up restaurant created by rising star Stevie Parle, has proved so successful that it has re-launched in a newly designed, expanded and permanent form. The linear space is being used to create a series of distinct environments including a dining hall, salon, chef's table, private dining room and bar lounge.

The food

Stevie cooks a prototypical Modern London cuisine drawing on his experiences of living and working in Sri Lanka, New York, Japan and Vietnam. The lunch menu changes daily and is heavily influenced by seasonal produce.
