Lighting Campaign

Our surface lights are all about giving love and luminosity to smaller spaces. There are areas that are becoming more and more important like kitchens or bathrooms or kid’s rooms. Spaces which deserve to be enriched and considered, encompassing architectural solutions as well as elegant lighting options too. We appreciate that not everybody has a monumental ceiling or space for a chandelier and we enjoy showing our wall lights in hallways, corridors and spaces with less height, pioneering the idea of the surface lamp, which isn't just practical, but characterful and bold.

When we’re designing surface lighting (well, all our lighting actually) we consider Luminism – an art form in which a sculpture produces light, through the manipulation of light, colours and shadows. It gives us a level of freedom from the practical and sometimes technical aspects of lighting manufacture that can restrict the possibilities of a lamp.

Our surface lights interplay between luminosity and architecture and can dramatically change the emphasis of space and so be transformational to an interior, small or large.

Bathroom Lighting

Where clearly stated many of Tom Dixon’s Surface Lights are IP44 rated and suitable for use in Zone 2 of the bathroom.
