If your order is in stock we provide a next working day (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) delivery service for all items ordered before midday.
For your convenience we provide a full delivery service via DPD and DHL. We may send items separately, dependent on the best courier to get the items to you as quickly as possible.
If you need an update on the delivery progress of your order or wish to change the delivery date, your email order confirmation will include a link to the delivery company's website and the tracking number for your items.
Our delivery charge is based on your total basket value:

* Our large upholstery items incur a special delivery charge due to being bulky and extra care required for delivery. If your order includes a combination of an upholstery item and other non upholstery item, then the maximum delivery charge will be applied.
We deliver anywhere in the UK. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver outside the UK.

If your goods cannot be delivered because of access issues and subsequently you do not take delivery of them from the delivery company's depot, you will be charged to return them to our warehouse and our customer services representative will be in touch.
