Tom Dixon partnered with UPM ProFi for our Milan 2012 showcase entitled Luminosity. Finland and Germany produced, UPM ProFi Deck is a self-contained decking and UPM ProFi Facade cladding system made from recycled paper and plastic. The products were used to create a series of interconnected tunnels designed to show the lighting effects created by the new Tom Dixon collection. UPM ProFi was also used for the walls and floors of our futuristic gelataria in partnership with Carpigiani Gelato University. The installation was experienced by 30,000 visitors in the Museum of Science and Technology as part of Milan Design Week 2012. www.upmprofi.com
